The SwitchID Color-Match Guarantee

We believe so strongly in the SwitchID product that we are offering you a simple color-match satisfaction guarantee.


Here are the two requirements to qualify for a refund:

1. The SwitchIDs must be in "as shipped" condition. That means that the SwitchIDs have to be unused and have not been removed from the liner.

2. You must notify us within 30 days of your purchase via email of your intent to return your SwitchIDs. Please use the Contact Us page on this website. We need to receive your SwitchIDs back within 14 days of your return notification email to us.

Even in the event of slow shipping (we use the United States Postal Service), this process will give you plenty of time to return your SwitchIDs to us.

Note: we suggest that you use the same envelope in which the SwitchIDs were delivered to you OR a different sturdy envelope to protect the SwitchIDs when you mail the SwitchIDs back to us. That will ensure that the SwitchIDs are received by us in the same "as shipped" condition.

Once received in good condition we will send you the new color requested or refund your money.
